Through cycling, a healthy life can be lived quite easily. However, steep hills can provide some challenges to the cyclists. To provide remedy to these issues, cycle escalator has been created in the roads of Trondheim in Norway. Embarrassment of showing at work with dirt and sweat has made the way for this creation. More than 200,000 cyclists can be carried with the escalator. Tourist magnet has been infused with the system as well.
Single support for a wheel is provided to the cyclist. It can be pushed at a speed of five meter per hour. Service of this escalator has not limited with cycle. Transportation of small wheel vehicle can be managed as well.
